The Rooted Revenue Framework™

Your Business Can Grow Without Everything Running Through You

Operational marketing infrastructure for established coaches, course creators, and founders. I’m Jenn, your Fractional COO, and through my Rooted Revenue Framework™ I build and run the email, content, funnels, and operations underneath your business, so your vision has room to grow.

For established coaches and founders ready for a partner in the operator seat.

Who it’s for

Five Sets of Hands. Zero Ecosystem.

You’ve built something good. The offer works, the clients get results, the revenue is consistent.

It’s also capped. Not by demand, and not by your skill. By how much you can personally touch in a week. Every dollar in this business moves through you, which means growth costs you evenings, and a launch costs you a month of your life.

I build the operating system underneath your business so revenue stops being a function of your hours. When I took a nonprofit’s annual event from $30K to $90K in 90 days, it wasn’t because someone worked harder. It was four systems that talked to each other.

This is for the founder who’s ready to stop being the engine.

Sound familiar?

Your Systems Aren’t Just Messy. They’re Leaving Money On The Table.

Most founders at this stage are stuck saying:

“My annual event raises about the same every year, no matter what I do.”
“I’m running ads but I couldn’t tell you which ones are actually working.”
“I have one revenue stream and I’ve had the same one for three years.”
“Every launch means I rebuild the whole thing from scratch.”

The problem isn’t demand. It’s that nothing underneath your business is built to grow it.

Meet Jenn

Meet Jenn, Your Fractional COO

Before I started Jenn McGeehan LLC, I spent more than twelve years in nonprofit leadership and operations. I built two prospect research programs from the ground up, chose and set up the CRMs, and wrote the policies that kept everything running.

Then I kept noticing the same thing in the coaching world: founders with gorgeous brands and big visions, and a mess behind the curtain. So I brought my operator skills here.

Today I work with a small number of partners at a time as their Fractional COO and Integrator. I’m Advanced AI Certified, I do my best planning with a fountain pen, and I’ll admit my own Notion graveyard is still out there somewhere. Most days you’ll find me in my home office in West Michigan, with Jerry asleep under the desk and Frank’s pickup on the calendar.

What Partnership Looks Like in Practice

$30K$90Kin three months

An organization came to me right after their longtime operations lead walked out the door, and years of institutional knowledge went with her. New leadership, a brand-new team, and their biggest revenue event of the year on the calendar.

We mapped the plan, sorted out who owned what, stood up a new CRM and email platform, and added a new revenue stream before opening sales. Three months later that event went from thirty thousand to ninety thousand. Triple the revenue, from a team that started at square one.

That’s what I’m building toward in every partnership: your newsletter goes out on Tuesday, even in a hard week, and you open your laptop in the morning already knowing what’s running.

A partner, not a task-doer

Why This Feels Different From Hiring Another Contractor

  • The Integrator to your Visionary.

I learn your business deeply enough to run it alongside you, and I connect your marketing, email, tech, and operations into one ecosystem.

  • I bring the ideas.

You’ll hear “here’s what I’m doing next and why” instead of “what should I work on this week?”

  • I build the AI and keep it running.

Automations and agents built for your business, maintained when tools change, and trained on how you sound.

  • One partner across the whole ecosystem.

When the same person runs the newsletter, the CRM, and the launch tech, nothing falls between vendors.

  • You talk to me.

Direct access, no account managers, no ticket queues.

Who it’s a great fit for

This Is a Great Fit If…

  • Your offer is proven and you’re bringing in consistent revenue (usually $80K a year or more)
  • You’re spending 15 to 20+ hours a week on marketing and operations
  • You’ve hired task-based help before and still ended up as the project manager
  • You want AI and automation working in your business while keeping your voice
  • You’re ready for a partnership of at least three months, so the systems have time to take root
The next step

What Happens on Our Call?

  1. Your goals. What more CEO capacity and steadier revenue would look like for you a year from now.
  2. Your current setup. Your tools, your team, and where things get stuck.
  3. Your biggest bottleneck. The one fix that would give you the most time back first.
  4. Next steps. If we’re a fit, how the partnership would work for you. If not, a clear place to start on your own.

No pressure and no hard sell. The call takes about 30 minutes, and you’ll leave with a clearer picture either way.

Real questions

You Might Be Thinking…

“I’ve hired help before and still ended up doing it myself.”

That stings, and it happens a lot. Most contractors are hired for tasks, so you stay the one deciding what gets done, checking the work, and connecting the pieces. As your Fractional COO, I own the outcome. We decide together what matters, then I build it, run it, and tell you how it’s going. You get your time back because the thinking comes off your desk too.

“I need to get organized before I bring someone in.”

Please don’t clean up before our call. The mess is where I start, and I promise I’ve seen worse (some of it in my own Google Drive). Getting you organized is the first thing we’ll do together.

“I’m worried automation will make me sound like everyone else.”

Me too, which is why Human First, AI Second™ is how I work. The AI I build is trained on how you sound, and nothing goes out under your name that you wouldn’t recognize as yours. Your voice built this business. The systems are there to carry it further.
